Session with an APRN for weight loss which includes labs, meal plan, medication, home delivery, and injection supplies.
7 day a week access to NP for any questions.
Must be a resident of Connecticut or Florida
BMI greater than 30 or a BMI of 27 and up with one or more weight-related medical problems such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or type-2 diabetes
No medical history of: angoiedema, anaphylaxis or other serious reaction to semaglutide. Personal of family history of thyroid cancer. WHAT IS SEMAGLUTIDE?
This under-the-skin injection is the first approved drug for chronic weight management in adults with general obesity or overweight since 2014.
Semaglutide works by mimicking a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food intake.
In one study individuals who received semaglutide lost an average of 12.4% of their initial body weight compared to individuals who received placebo.
